DREAM View & Jacuzzi ! 10min from center of PARIS!

Very big and prestigious 55m2 studio who offer a stunning view with a huge bathtub JACUZZI, a very big bed as well as a Italian shower. Located in a quiet and safe area 10min from the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées (center of Paris). I offer for 95€ an optional “ROMANCE PACKAGE” to SURPRISE your love one. It comes with petals of roses, candles placed on a heart shape on the bed (a Happy Birthday sign can be added) and for 175€ it comes with a good bottle of champagne and strawberries! 🌹🥂🍓

Très belle demeure de 1800 face à la Seine sécurisée. Entrée autonome. Un appartement entier avec 2 chambres et un salon avec un canapé lit en plus, soit 6 personnes en tout. A 2 min du RER A aux portes de Paris, vous serez en dehors du monde. Piscine chauffée (du 1er avril au 31 octobre). Climatisation, WIFI Fibre, Netflix, 2 Téléviseurs grand écran, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, un jardin privatif. Des caméras sont installés dans les communs pour la sécurité de tous.

Appartement 2 pièces avec entrée, cuisine équipée et salle d'eau avec WC (43 m2), ENTIEREMENT RENOVE. 3è et dernier étage, sans vis-à-vis (pas d'ascenseur). Appartement situé au coeur de Croissy sur Seine. Accès au logement entier Situé à 30 minutes de Paris par les transports en commun, proche de Versailles, et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Si vous souhaitez vous rendre à Paris en RER, 2 bus (D et E) au pied même de l'immeuble, vous conduisent à la gare en 8 minutes.

Bel Appartement chic et cosy 78100 Hyper Centre

Located in the Hyper Center, my best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from everthing (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .).Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

Bel appartement luxueux situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble historique, idéalement situé dans la rue principale de Versailles, à 5mn à pied du Château, avec un mélange de belles boutiques et de toutes les commodités à votre porte. Récemment rénové, y compris l'insonorisation, l'appartement est situé juste à côté de la Place du Marché, avec son célèbre marché, ses cafés et restaurants. Toutes les gares sont à proximité, vous connectant à Paris en seulement 20 minutes !
