Located on a Beautiful Historically protected Boulevard and famous walking trail. The cottage is just minutes from Downtown FW, Dickies arena, TCU, FW Zoo, Magnolia street, and the hospital districts. Guests have private access and street parking. The location is very safe and peaceful at night. We are blocks away from the famous Magnolia Street; We highly encourage our guests to explore Magnolia Street (Shops, Restaurants, and Bars) — it's a 15 minute walk and few minutes drive to everything!

No parties allowed. *** Onsite parking is not included. There are garages within nearby and they are $25 per day and charge for in and out. $50 overnight.
