A great half-way stop from Glasgow to Isle of Skye, Glenfinnan Viaduct, North Coast 500, Inverness, Oban, and beyond... Happy days!

Cozy cabin for 2 people only. Sofa bed available on request Far enough up the hill to enjoy the quiet but close enough to the town for the bars and restaurants. The Cow Hill circuit is close to the cabin. Ben Nevis is a 10 min car journey. Glenfinnan viaduct is 14 miles away. It is a 20/30 min walk down into the town. We are on the main local bus route. N46 or N47 bus will get you to our door from the High Street. In good weather you can sit out on the decking and watch the world go by.

With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. Tulloch is set in the heart of the Braes o’ Lochaber. With so many ways to spend your day here, you can make your holiday as active or as peaceful as you wish. The estate is 175 acres and is available for you to wander over as you will, or just to protect you from the pressures of the outside world. The land is nestled in a glen, full of fresh Scottish air and comprises woods and meadows, pasture and streams. The magnificent River Spean, with the Inverlair Falls, is a backdrop to it all.

Aldercroft Pod is a Luxury Glamping Pod situated in Inverinate, with views of Loch Duich and the 5 sisters of Kintail. The pod is 2.5 miles from Dornie and Eilean Donan Castle. We are 13miles from the Skye Bridge and Isle of Skye. Ideal base for hillwalking in Kintail and Glenshiel. The Pod is located in our garden space, around 25meters from the house but still very private and with a better view! We are located just off the A87 which is the main road to the Isle of Skye.
