We have beautiful views of the Loch and Ben Nevis. Perfect for couples and families and sits alongside the West Highland Railway line, the cottage is in the enviable position to watch the trains pass the front door. Car is essential in order to see the surrounding areas. We have no direct Loch access

Schoolhouse cottage has gorgeous views of the sea and mountains and is wonderfully located for exploring the highlands. We welcome guests with one small to medium sized dog, but if you wish to bring a dog do not use instant booking - please get in touch with us beforehand. At the Schoolhouse you can enjoy the flexibility of a whole cottage, but for short stays of 2 nights or longer in the winter and 3 nights or longer the rest of the year.

The cottage is ideally located with easy access to Kyle of Lochalsh and the Isle of Skye as well as the charming villages of Kintail, Glenelg, Dornie and Plockton. The village of Dornie is home to the world famous Eilean Donan castle which is only a 10min drive from the cottage.
