Originally a commercial space is a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and stars of West Texas. A studio with high ceilings and plenty of room. It is one of 6 apartments located in the heart of town. This space is entered through the courtyard at the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the weather and stars! Guest pool access and bike rental is available at the Thunderbird Hotel at 10.00 a day per person or 25.00 a week. WIFI:Broadband fiber turbo 100mbs down and upload.

A 3 minute drive from the town center or a nice 15 minute walk. 1 hour drive to Big Bend National Park, 1 hour to McDonald Observatory, and 30 minutes to Marfa. The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies preserve. No cleaning fee! Guests can walk two doors down to Ferguson Motors Coffee shop for coffee, food, beer, wine and events. Suite 90 is the perfect backdrop to your desert retreat or a great base camp for a west Texas adventure!

Studio 410 is a tiny hideaway mere blocks from downtown. You feel like batman as you drive down the alley and pull into your own secret covered parking! Enjoy your shaded outdoor area surrounded by a privacy fence or chill out in the studio’s living area. There’s a small kitchen with everything you need for light cooking as well as a charcoal grill. The cozy sleeping loft is up a ladder, it has windows, a window unit ac and a queen-sized bed. It’s cute but funky, y’all!

Single room unit#6 Private shower No Pets/Smoking

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
