I implore everyone to actually read the listing so the Chad and Karen lying dormant in them does not come out. If you’re looking for a spot that is clean, private and quiet, this would be a place to book. When I arrived, everything was cleaned and set up bare bones; allowing the guest to do whatever they please so long when they leave, it’s back in the same clean condition. The home is free of pests, everything works, and it works perfectly for me as I set up my mobile recording studio and got to work. It should also be noted that if you wish for a place providing complete privacy, where nobody’s going to bother you; this is the place that you would want to book. There were no problems with parking and delivery workers had zero issues locating the unit to drop off food. I noticed after reading reviews that a lot of people who booked this listing either don’t know how to read, or are incredibly stupid, or both. Chrystal thank you for providing what you listed! I’ll definitely be back.

We are King natives that moved out of state a few years ago. We came back for a family wedding. Place is exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of towels/ washcloths, cookware, dishes. The area is great, close to all the restaurants in town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the best park with a huge playground and great walking path. Host was quick to respond to all communication.

Very responsive host. Made the space available a little earlier for us since we were arriving sooner than expected. Provided amenities for use while there. (even some snacks). Newer dishes and cookware. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Mattress was comfortable. Wishes: - That the bathroom had more counter space or shelving. But lots of opportunity for storage in linen closets. - A bigger garbage can in the kitchen, and maybe a few more utensils. - A shower caddy to place bath products. - Room darkening shades in the 2nd bedroom.

The listing is exactly as promised. A safe haven for a female traveling alone. Patricia was a wonderful host and shared so many kindnesses with me. The bed was comfortable, the house was quiet, and the shower so helpful in easing aches from full days at Market. The house is within the 6 mile radius for the High Point Shuttle transportation making it easy to come and go. I'd happily stay with Patricia again.

We loved staying at Liz’s townhome within walking distance of Greensboro’s many restaurants, bars, and breweries. The space was comfortable and made us feel welcome during our High Point Market stay.

This place was perfect for us while visiting family in the area for the holidays! The location along the greenway was amazing for walking our dog and going for runs. Definitely felt like a safe and friendly complex. Very convenient and close to stores and restaurants as well! The townhome was clean and just like the photos. We would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb offered everything my home would offer, comfort and safety. He offered so many amenities inside the home it was so easy to stay for a few months. He was always responsive and if I encountered any issues he provided a solution fast and effectively. He mad sure my family and I had everything we needed and even provided plenty of suggestions on fun things to do in the area. We are two business travelers who looked at hotel prices and almost had a heart attack. This is not only a more moderate cost but a far superior experience to the hotels we frequent. The two bedrooms are ensuite. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with spices and tea and coffee. The dining table is great for collaboration and work. The back garden is a charming little oasis for relaxing. It is just a good place to be. Excellent.

What a fantastic place with lovely hosts! I never waited more than 1.5 minutes for a response. Even though we were close to Friendly Center and all it offers, the home seemed secluded and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, grill, and sunroom. Devin and Mary provided many extras, and I understand why their home is so highly rated. Inside was squeaky clean and comfortable. Hopefully we will be back.

Julie was very kind and helpful her place was so beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we needed was there. Everything was well put together and clean. I definitely would recommend as a place to relax.
