Our family loved our weekend in SML. This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. There was so much space and room to entertain and most importantly seating for everyone. Stephen is a great host. He was extremely responsive. The pictures don’t do Cedar Key Retreat justice. Everything was just perfect.

What a unique place! It served its purpose well. We felt safe & comfortable during our stay and have no complaints at all.

This was an amazing stay/experience. We went for our anniversary and had such a peaceful and relaxing time away from the normal routine and stresses of life. The view was absolutely amazing, whether taking it in from the hot tub or sitting out in the yard. The hot tub and home theater were nice to be able to unwind with and extremely easy to operate. Mary Catherine was a great host and always responsive and helpful. She also had so many thoughtful and wonderful things throughout the home, from a M&M dispenser and popcorn in the theater room to bottled waters/snacks and a basket of toiletries in case anything was forgotten. We can not recommend this house enough and are grateful for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We felt right at home here! The home was clean and stocked with every we needed. Sofa and beds are comfy, and linens were fresh and clean! The home is updated, nicely decorated, and you can feel the thoughtfulness that went into every detail. Hot tub was a huge hit as well! We will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The house was pristine and had all the extras we might need: laundry detergent, extra toothbrushes & coffee. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat that greeted us. It was the perfect stay for our weekend touring Liberty University.

Very nice home with modern amenities, close to Liberty College, so it was easy to meet up with my son. Very nice quiet neighborhood , will come back and stay here next time I come to Virginia. Thank you so much.

Our family spent the most wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Jeff and Tracey’s lake house! The home is roomy, comfortable and cozy, especially with the Christmas tree, and the view out on the lake is beautiful. While it was too cold for water sports, we enjoyed the games, but mostly we enjoyed quiet time together as a celebration of my birthday. Would love to come back during the summer!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

This is the second time I have stayed at Anna & Nate’s Airbnb It is close to my daughter, the kitchen has everything I need, and you look out on their beautiful garden. Anna and Nate are friendly and responsive, and you don’t hear much noise from the family upstairs.

We had a wonderful time! The area was great and Bobby made us feel right at home! We would definitely come back again and will recommend this to our friends!

Would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing weekend. This was a repeat stay, and everything was just as nice as the last time. Quick communication with Gwendolyn was appreciated, and everything we needed was available or offered.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! All the facilities you need, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very fast wifi, huge TV with free movies. We were there more than two weeks and felt perfectly at home. Brianna and family made us feel very welcome and are genuinely nice people.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with a pieceful surrounding you can’t go wrong with Dannie’s place. Hope to return in the future with my family.

I stayed in the cabin on the river, I must say it was probably the best few days I’ve ever had. Such a beautiful and peaceful set up, not to mention the farm as a whole was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Very nice cabin. Everything was clean. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was great after hikes. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Visiting from Virginia Beach with our daughters, one at JMU and one at Virginia Tech, and with family from PA.  The fall color was gorgeous!  Enjoyed the lantern ghost tour and October illumination of the Natural Bridge. We had lunch at Natty B's Cafe and visited Cave Mountain Lake where we saw lot's of wildlife.  We loved the fire pit and everything about this cabin.  You have done an amazing job creating the perfect weekend get away spot.  Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the porch listening to the birds and the cows. Walking through the orchards and feeding the goats and donkey was a great surprise. It was the perfect get away to slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet. The recommendations given were perfect as well. We enjoyed dinner at Vito’s and lunch AND dinner at Woodruff’s Cafe & Pies! We will definitely will return!

The host is exceptional. Very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed the time we spent in this rustic setting. The alpaca's we so gentle and fun to watch. For peaceful getaway this airbnb is perfect.

My parents stayed here for along weekend and they absolutely loved it! They said it was the cleanest place they have ever stayed in, and they really enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the home. They also loved the town of Bedford and said they would definitely be coming back!

This was a great little cabin to stay in. It's private and remote, and just what my family wanted for our camping trip. Tim and Cindi were very communicative and welcoming hosts.
