Your little house in Trastevere è un piccolo appartamento, in cui, malgrado le dimensioni, troverete ogni confort e comodità. La sua peculiarità è l'arredamento che è stato creato ad hoc per rendere la casa più "leggera" e luminosa. In essa non vi troverete nulla di banale e dozzinale. Rarità nel centro di Roma, l'immobile ha l'ascensore con cui portare i bagagli al piano senza fatica. In piena Trastevere, il vicolo è silenzioso e non risente del rumore della vita notturna tipica del quartiere

Joy Apartment 1 - Rome - Trastevere

Located in the historic district of Trastevere, this apartment is the ideal place from which you can leave to easily discover the heart of Rome. And to return to relax in the living room, while you think back to the wonders that you have admired a few steps from your house. The apartment is very well refined and is equipped with all the comforts. The Trastevere area is very lively and full of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars, etc. Easily accessible from Fiumicino airport by public transport.

Trastevere Cottage

Make breakfast in a simple galley kitchen and sit on a cozy patio enclosed by a moss-covered stone wall (please put back inside the kitchen chair and table after using them as per condo’s rules). It's easy to soak up the vibe of Trastevere and go exploring from this quaint home. And when the day is done, climb to a comfy sleeping loft. The cottage is located on a hill. To reach the cottage you have to go up the street along a flight of fifty comfortable steps of about 15 cm (6 inches) each.

Il monolocale, completamente ristrutturato, con travi a vista, pavimenti in cotto artigianale e arredi di classe, è situato nel cuore di Trastevere, uno dei più caratteristici quartieri di Roma. E', inoltre, in una posizione privilegiata tale da rendere possibile raggiungere, in tempi brevi, tutti gli altri siti storici, artistici ed archeologici della città : San Pietro, Colosseo, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Campo de' fiori, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo.

La Casetta Al Mattonato

Bright and quiet penthouse apartment in the heart of Trastevere, with a wonderful terrace and an unparalleled view of charming roman roofs and the Gianicolo hill. The flat is meticulously refurbished and set in a picturesque cobblestoned street, just around the corner from the lively restaurants and cafes. La Casetta al Mattonato is located on the 3rd floor (41 steps, no elevator) of a 1600s typical roman building, within walking distance of all major attractions.

a Peaceful Hilltop Haven

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

Wonderful Trastevere!

Questa è la casa che stai cercando in Via Garibaldi, la zona più bella di Trastevere, uno dei quartieri più caratteristici e affascinanti di Roma. Dotata di tutti i confort la nostra casa è composta di una camera da letto, salone/sala da pranzo, cucina e bagno con doccia. Appena sotto casa, troverete deliziosi ristoranti, irresistibili negozi e tutto lo charme di uno dei quartieri più belli e vivaci!
