Elettra è una persona gentilissima e Precisa. La posizione della casa è ottima per il centro e anche per noi che dovevamo andare in università. Super consigliato!

L’alloggio era pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla ma vicina a tutto ciò che serve. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta.

La casa di Emiliano si trova in posizione centrale e consente di raggiungere a piedi il mare, tutti i vari negozietti e ristoranti di zona e il vecchio borgo molto caratteristico. Abbiamo trovato una casa di recente ristrutturazione, climatizzata, molto pulita e ben organizzata, soprattutto la cucina fornita di ogni cosa! Host super disponibile e gentile. Avremmo prolungato volentieri la nostra vacanza di qualche giorno!

Monica è stata un host esemplare: gentile, accorta e disponibile! La sua casa era meravigliosa, grande accogliente ed ordinata, con spazi di svago e relax come la piscina e la sala hobby con barbecue perfetti per me ed i miei amici! Un’esperienza unica e, ci auguriamo tutti, presto ripetibile!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Lovely, communicative hosts with a beautiful pad in Sermoneta. Very clean and well set up for hosting, we had such a lovely and peaceful weekend. Great cultural/food/activity recommendations from Andrea and Charlotte who obviously know the area well. I would caution elderly guests as the my parents found the stairs a bit perilous without handrails fully throughout. Thanks so much and if I’m ever back I’d book again!

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Tutto perfetto, simpaticissimo host! Seconda volta che veniamo qui.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

We loved this stay , a beautiful place conveniently located between the beach and historic sites. They were flexible with our check in time, responded quickly and had dinner recommendations. La Laconda was excellent! Wish we had more time here. Would definitely recommend!

Siamo state ospiti nell’alloggio io, mia figlia e la nostra cagnolina, siamo state benissimo, casa super pulita, accurata con tutto quello che serve, ho molto apprezzato il fornetto whirlpool con il crispy che uso spesso anche a casa, il mare a 5 minuti a piedi… insomma tutto TOP ! SUPER CONSIGLIATA!

Ótimo apartamento amplo, reformado e com toda comodidade. Anfitrião muito simpático. Super recomendo.

Appartamento pulito, ordinato , silenzioso nonostante sia a due due passi dalle vie del centro.Dotato di due tv con Netflix .La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare pranzetti/cene da consumare nel delizioso e intimo giardinetto esterno .Antonio è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio .Ci siamo trovate benissimo.Consigliatissimo

Giovanni & Paolo were incredible hosts. The apartment was perfect for what we needed including some much appreciated Air Conditioning. Would definitely stay again.
