The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). You’ll have everything needed for a large group to feel at home; a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and game room with an arcade.

Cook dinner in the gourmet kitchen and enjoy the endless views from the dining table. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of outdoor activities. This house has it all.

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

Our space is best for single occupant only as it shares a wall with our home. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per night. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio. Please note heat/air is controlled by main house.
