Enchanted and very private forest retreat with tree swing, loads of amenities, and a comfortable, clean RV with modern conveniences! Large chill groups and families welcome, no loud parties or events. 15 minute walk to camp (mostly flat except beginning of trail) OR *drive directly to camp.* Most vehicles will be fine - ask if unsure! Super low sport cars or luxury vehicles would not be the best, though! It's an adventurous forest drive, so expect mud, bumps, scratches, and tight turns.

Pine Grove Cottage: Visit Monticello & Wineries

The Pine Grove Cottage is just 3 miles from the bustling Zion Crossroads retail and business area (and from Interstate 64), but is in a secluded, quiet rural spot. Professionally decorated and luxuriously furnished, the Cottage can accommodate up to 7 people if the sofa bed is included. It is great to be so near to Charlottesville, on the Monticello side of town, with quick access to all Charlottesville has to offer. So many wineries close by. Beautiful countryside. Yet affordable.

Boxcar with floor to ceiling glass doors

Guests staying in the Boxcar have access to the shared amenities of Rassawek Station including the patio “Flat Car” and our Lodge Cabin. Guests also have access to our ponds and 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. The boxcar living area has a sofa and coffee table and small area with table, two chairs and a mini fridge/freezer with a Keurig. The bedroom has a queen bed and dresser and there is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Private entrance. upstairs, Lots of light, Wrap around deck! Full private bath in room. Large room with a small kitchenette. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker a kitchen sink and induction burner to cook on. Also washer and dryer in the room. Upon your arrival there will be Banana Nut Bread, fruit & filtered water. All cotton sheets on the queen size bed (plus for the full size air mattress in room.) Cotton towels, shampoo, blow dryer, iron and ironing board.
