Beautiful condo with amazing view, stayed a few times and will definitely stay here any chance I can while in Louisville

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

I wanted to write a review from the minute we walked in. This place is absolutely stunning! It is very roomy and very clean. The location is right in the middle of walking distance to anywhere you need to get. I believe mostly the value I see is the excellent location if you want to be able to walk places, restaurants , going out nightlife. (parking included) It is perfect. I would for sure stay here again. The oldness of the building gives the place lots of character. I have no complaints about the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Having parking in the garage across the street was wonderful! Kristin checked in and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay there again if ever in Louisville…Thanks for everything Kristin!!!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Felt like home and was more spacious than I anticipated. Everything was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. The location was amazing and an easy walk to 4th st live and other restaurants and hotels. The theatre below is too cool. Note that it is a busy street on weekends. We appreciated paying less than our friends at a fancy hotel up the street with rooms half the size, no kitchen, no free parking… definitely a gem. As was Louisville!!

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

Our stay was perfect. We arrived late, and clear instructions made sure we were able to get in no problem. We were there for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk or rent scooters to KICC and 4th Street Live. Place was spacious and others who rented nearby were very jealous of how nice our place was. Bathrooms are big with lots of storage area. Sound machine in the main bedroom really helped with any outside noise on the weekends. Coffee in the kitchen was very appreciated and the toilet paper was a great quality which was a nice bonus.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Louisville - Walked several blocks on 4th, ate an excellent pizza at the Sicilian Restaurant, and went to the Palace Theater to see Alison Kraus on the first leg of what may be her last tour. The condo was spotless and well appointed, so we were happy to 'hang out' there as well. I would heartily recommend this condo. A great mini-vacation!

This space is located in a beautiful historic building within walking distance of the downtown convention center, which was important as I was visiting for a conference and staying with colleagues. The rooms are large and spacious - especially the bathrooms and closets - and were clean and well organized when we arrived. Using the keypads to get in had a learning curve, but the host sent detailed instructions, so it was not an issue. The building is in a downtown area with access to several nice restaurants and coffee shops. There is city noise at night, but we weren't bothered by it. Thanks for the nice stay!

Third time staying in this wonderful home located in a great neighborhood. Great coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Happened upon a lovely neighborhood farmers market during this stay. Safe area to explore. Lots to do in Louisville. Home is very clean, spaces and comfortable. Everything you could possible need in one place. Thank you Casey for providing my family with a lovely place to stay this past weekend in Louisville for our family gathering.

I honestly can’t believe we found this place and it was still available for Derby weekend. Everything was perfect. We had 4 in our party and sharing a bathroom was not a big deal at all. The back yard is peaceful and beautiful and we were entertained by the cute squirrels and birds. The welcome gifts were above and beyond. My husband is still talking about the frozen pizza and other goodies that were left for us. We needed to have packages delivered, as part of our party is a designer and preferred vendor for the Kentucky Derby and packages were easily delivered and stayed secure. Amenities were amazing and everything was perfectly appointed. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jenny and Brian for a perfect stay!

Whit was a great host! His home felt warm and was filled with good energy. He welcomed our two giant dogs who loved the back yard and watching the birds and squirrels outside. The bed warmer was a major plus. Everything was wonderful would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing warm good vibe stay in Louisville! Thanks Whit!

Great location in the Butchertown area — and on the same block as Hammerheads! Wonderful backyard space, fully fenced in for your traveling canine friends. The outdoor porch is spectacular. We had a very brief overnight in the area. The home was clean, easy to access, dog friendly, and very comfortable for our stay.

This is our second time staying at this property with our group. Everything was perfect and we made a ton of of memories spending time together in an amazing property. I highly recommend you book this place if you've got a large group when in Louisville.

Great place and communication was great with host. Place looked exactly like pictures and loved I was able to park in garage.

Our stay started after we checked into another, non sufficient, Airbnb. Thankfully, Chris responded quickly at 11pm and we checked into his place with no issues whatsoever!

We loved our stay! We had 5 adults, a kid, and a toddler with us. There was plenty of room for everyone and having 3 bathrooms was great! We enjoyed the game room and hanging out in the living room to finish out our day. The kids also enjoyed hanging out in the back yard with the nicer weather.
