It features an open floor plan that spans 40 feet from front to back upstairs, in one of the most peaceful and natural, tree top settings. It also has two covered/ screened in decks with a 16' bar perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery and the beauty of The Natural State. It's the perfect place for your next family gathering, or just to get away and relax.

The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub that comfortably seats 4, or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.
