Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. This stylishly furnished, wooden ceiling, spacious apartment located on the top floor with prime views is located in heart of Flims, at the end of dead end road, next to the biggest cross country skiing ground. It offers everything you might be looking for while enjoying your vacation. Large living area, two big bedrooms, wooden gallery with extra sleeping space and fully equipped kitchen. This place will provide you with the top notch comfort and give you the feel of a true home.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung (30m2) ist Teil eines EFH, welches im Dez. 2018 fertiggestellt wurde und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zur Wohnung gehört eine neue Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, sowie volle Ausstattung um zauberhafte Menüs zuzubereiten. Ein kleines WC mit Lavabo und eine separate Dusche bieten jeglichen Komfort den man sich in den Ferien wünscht. Shuttle zu den Bergbahnen, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Caumasee in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Charming 2.5 Room Apt balcony/indoor pool/sauna/pp

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Dachwohnung mit Balkon. An bester Lage in Flims. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nur 5 Gehminuten von Talstation, Restaurants, Bars & Clubs, Busstation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Der wunderschöne Caumasee ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet vom Sofa aus eine Atemberaubende Aussicht. Achtung, im Winter seht kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
