5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Das Chalet steht am Hang für sich allein auf einer großen Wiese weniger als 1000 Schritte vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Wenn ihr alles nutzt, habt ihr komplette Ruhe, eine Aussicht nach Süden auf Berge von Osten bis Westen und alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs, die Sessellift-Talstation von Falera in die Weiße Arena und Restaurants. Der kostenlose Dorf-Shuttle hält direkt vor dem Haus und die Skipiste reicht bis fast zum Haus.

Der grosse Ecktisch dient sowohl als Essecke als auch für lustige Spielabende. Die 40 m2-Terasse mit grosser Grill-/Feuerstelle hat einiges zu bieten: Grosser Esstisch, Hängematte, Liegestühle, Kinderhüsli und eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Nicht selten kann man aus den Fenstern Rehe und Hirsche beobachten.

The Wägital is a popular destination for hikers, climbers & fishermen and is particularly suitable for families. It is quiet and surrounded by nature and nevertheless quick and easy to reach from Zurich. The way to the cottage includes a trail of several minutes with no light.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace.
