We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

This house was exactly as described! It was so clean and beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The thoughtfulness that went into this house is amazing! Annette had thought of things we needed that we had not thought of! The house is within walking distance to the beach and every neighbor we encountered was so friendly! The neighborhood felt safe and homey. We recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

This is our 3rd time staying. We can count on it being clean and ready for our stay. The place is nicely decorated and looks just like the pictures. Quiet place to sit outside and enjoy the yard. Great and timely communication from the hosts. Looking forward to our stay next year.

I wish I could give Damaris more than 5-stars. The house was beautiful and in pristine condition when we got there. I am so happy we rented this location, it was so cozy, at home & peaceful that I did not want to leave. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Wonderful time away in a lovely, serene apartment. Perfect for two. Clean, well furnished with a variety of coffee pot options that kept us smiling. The beach--across A-1A--was fantastic and so enjoyable . We hadn't planned a beach trip but everything we needed was there: chairs, umbrella, beach towels and sand sifters for shell hunting. Ahhhh. Delightful!

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

I visited Palm Coast for a work training and stayed at Caio & Arlene’s place for about a week. The stay was very peaceful and their home was stocked with everything I needed. I recommend staying here!

We love staying here! Clean, great location, and we love all of the accessories provided such as beach chairs, sand toys, dishes, etc.

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

I had a very nice stay. The condo was as pictured. I love that there is a full kitchen and a guest bathroom. Underground parking is included and I felt safe during my stay. There were no issues with noise. The WiFi worked great for those that may need to work. The host communicated great and I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described, extremely clean, very comfortable and the backyard space was so enjoyable to have morning coffee and relax! Bryant met us and was so helpful with anything we needed. Stacey was super responsive and even allowed us to extend our stay two days. We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

The condo was perfect! Daniel had amenities stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. There were chairs, flotations, tents, and things to use to play on the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable to spend the day lounging engrossed in a good book. The location close to Daytona, yet in a quieter areal, was ideal!

This is the perfect beach get away ON THE BEACH. The host is friendly and helpful. It's comfortable, quite, and close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and met lots of polite people. It was extremely clean and the beds sleep well. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. We can't wait to stay again. We whole heartedly recommend this little hidden gem in Ormond.

Quiet, beautiful April stay! Lori and Kevin are very responsive, working hard to make your stay great. Excellent location with handy amenities walkable. Condo was accommodating and loved the blackout curtains!

Jeffrey was a fantastic host; provided alot of clear instructions and made it incredibly simple to enjoy our time at the condo. The condo was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children to enjoy. Loved the pool in the complex and the beach was beautiful.

I stayed at Courtney’s place for 8 nights in April with my husband, 3 kids, and my mom. The condo was clean and spacious & WOW the amenities included were amazing. Loads of beach stuff, kitchen & bath supplies. We didn’t see the advertised beach cart upon arrival and Courtney had a new one shipped to us the very next day! The view from huge patio is amazing. The complex is also clean. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the pool areas and public spaces. We spent all our time split between the heated family lake pool with fun splash pad and the beach. The only negative is some days there was a lady who shut down a calm game of catch with a squishy ball between a parent and child. Other days families enjoyed playing appropriately and had fun. The pool bar was fun, too! Palm coast is a beautiful area. Quiet. Relaxing. Short drive St Augustine. Go to the AllIigator Farm! In Palm Coast we enjoyed Bronx Pizza & Hammock by JT’s. Wonderful vacation. Great condo. Fantastic host!

Having never been to the area, we chose a spot that looked easy to get to the beach. It was just that! So many beaches nearby and a really calm / peaceful location! The community is great! Well kept and friendly neighbors. The condo was wonderful! Everything we needed and felt right at home.

Great location to beach and restaurants, heated pool, secure facility, clean, comfortable, all amenities needed for our stay. The pictures and description were spot on. We loved this condo and would book a long term stay in the future!
