Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Great Apt close to highway! N INDY *****

We’re located in Castleton (Far North Indy) close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, & all the highways in Indy. WE LIVE UPSTAIRS. Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

3-Bedroom Upstairs Apartment Close to Downtown

Enjoy a safe and clean, spacious 3 bedroom apartment while you experience Indy! You'll have your own entrance to your cozy upstairs getaway. We've added a Smart Thermostat for the central heat/air, & a code lock so you can easily come & go at your convenience. We live downstairs so we're handy if you need us. Check out the pictures for more details, but you've got a full kitchen, lots of common space, & 3 nice-sized bedrooms. DO READ OTHER NOTES to be sure this is the place for you.

Built in the late 50's by the Electrical Inspector of Speedway, Charles T. Renie and wife Margie raised 9 children in this classic Speedway brick ranch. This home has remained in the family and much of the historic charm is still present. Recent updates include granite countertops, new appliances, flooring, and fresh paint. The home is located 1.5 miles from IMS and has easy access to the B&O walking trail leading to Main Street in downtown Speedway. (bikes included)
