The Sound features a picturesque location with a sandy beach that although not the greatest for swimming, is great for strolls, picnicking, nature-watching or just enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa with large balcony! This second story unit of a waterfront complex is a 3-minute walk to the beach off of Port Royal Sound. Guests can access 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub, 1 indoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and multiple grilling areas. Located in a quiet, beautifully landscaped part of Hilton Head island. Rental is equipped with high-speed wifi and perfectly set up for remote work! Cable, a wet bar, and a fully stocked kitchen are also provided.

Quiet Life by the Beach

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

WiFi, flat-screen TV in the LR and BRs. Heated indoor pool/hot tub, two outdoor pools, tennis courts and fitness center, 24Hr security. MBR features a king bed and BR #2 has queen. Sofa converts to queen bed. The beach is natural and tranquil. Nearby is the historic Mitchelville Freedom Park and the HHI bike trail.
