Imagine stepping into an Airbnb apartment located in an old Stalin-era building, where neoclassic style is elegantly embraced. The exterior of the building boasts the grandeur of the Soviet era, with imposing architecture characterized by sturdy construction and symmetrical lines. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a yellow entrance with neoclassical moldings which leads into the kitchen and living room with stunning chandeliers hanging from high ceilings. there is no elevator 🛗

Modern 2-room apartment in a new house

A stylish modern flat is a great option for leisure and business trips. Located in the center of Almaty, 100 m from Abaya Street. Nearby are the circus, the Sports Palace, the Republic Palace, the central stadium, the cable car, Lermontov Theater, Mukhtar Auezov Theater. The studio is fully equipped for 2 people: a sofa, a double bed, a kitchen area with necessary appliances, a bathroom, a large TV and high-speed WiFi. Windows with mountain views and a quiet courtyard.
