Welcome to our cozy apartment! it,s spacious and very bright, on the 3rd floor of a small building (NO LIFT) 2 bedroom flat fully equiped, renovated with functional furnishings. It,s located in a quite street in St Adria de Besos city, near Bcn Forum. Next to tram, bus and train station that take you easily to BCN center, BDN beach and old town, and to any coastal town nearby. Mandatory self-register before check in. Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Lugar ideal de descanso en su visita a Barcelona.

¿Buscas una Barcelona diferente? ¿Quieres un ambiente tranquilo, rodeado de árboles y flores, despertar con el canto de los pájaros? A 12 minutos en tren de la plaza Cataluña y Ramblas, a dos minutos andando del Parque Natural de Collserola. Con chimenea, hidromasaje, piscina y todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa. Ideal para familias con 2 o 3 hijos. (Codigo de inscripción HUTB-013201-08). Se aparca bien en la calle de encima, es gratuito y el coche estará seguro.
