The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (shower in both- larger shower upstairs), makes for the best alternative to Hotel/Motel in this area. 1100 sq. ft. of comfort over the main level and lofted bedroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, reading nook (extra sleeping for a child), TV ready to stream all your favorites and Wi-Fi. The second bedroom upstairs also has a TV.
