In Seward, NE, 19 mi west of Lincoln, 10 min from I-80. Family friendly. Quiet area. Off-street parking. Easy .6 mi walk to restaurants & shops, 1.3 mi. to Concordia U. Patio w/table & chairs, grill. Large back yard. Two bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full. Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

The Cottage

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Cute and quiet Boho house

Our cute Boho House is a completely renovated 1910 bungalow. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen, sound bar, and wifi, dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms - one with king bed - and a bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. There is outdoor space for your enjoyment as well - relax on the front porch or grill steaks on the back deck. The house is located on a quiet tree-lined street just two blocks from the downtown square with shopping and dining.

Blue River Lodge Unit 1

A great place with lots of room. What historically was the local motel, the Blue River Motel, is now a short-term, multi-family rental property. With a fully equipped kitchen, games, and lots of room, you will be able to relax and enjoy. Our community has a local restaurant, parks, a racetrack, and is a short 5 minute drive to York. We are also a 45 minute drive to Lincoln, Grand Island, and Hastings. Unit 2 can also be opened to Unit 1 to make a three bedroom and three bathroom stay!

Uncle Tom’s Farmhouse

NEWLY REMODELED-This Beautiful 1900’s two story farmhouse on the Rath homestead is located 3 miles West of Grafton & 2 miles North off of Highway 6 or 7.5 miles East of Sutton on Hwy 6. You will also find a Big Red Barn, Large Grass Yard, Farm Animals, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets. If you are traveling to this area for a family gathering, wedding, sporting event, hunting, work travels, or just to get away & enjoy a peaceful country stay, our spacious farm is the perfect place.

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

The BIN HOUSE at THE GOOD LIFE FARM, SEWARD NE

The BIN House: A Unique Couples Getaway! (No children or infants, no pets.) This converted grain bin has been on the family farm since the 1930s. Up until several years ago, it stored grain. In its new life, it has been converted into a cozy, couples getaway. We invite you to experience our unique little piece of heaven here at the Good Life Farm.
