Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Unsere heimelige und komplett ausgestattete 4.5 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit 82m2 im Chalet Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich an zentraler und sonniger Lage oberhalb des Volgs mit herrlichem 180° Bergpanorama. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

There will be a gift for you: organic products made by our farm Azienda Agricola Agneda, the best way to experience Valtellina's flavors.

Baita dell'Est e' ubicata a Possabella, frazione di Mese a soli 5 km dalla bellissima Chiavenna,alle porte della Valle Spluga e Val Bregaglia a soli 50km da St Moritz e 40 dal Lago di Como. Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

Una vista sul lago di Como mozzafiato. Completamente rinnovata, circondata da un giardino di 1.000 m² e dotata di piscina stagionale panoramica con nuoto controcorrente , WiFi in omaggio e parcheggio privato gratuito. Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Need more space? Right next door is the second half of the semi-detached house – Ciäsa7406! Perfect for families or friends traveling together who still value their privacy.

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
