Our "Pensa-casita" is your cozy home when visiting our wonderful city! This townhome is newly renovated and includes a full kitchen, open living area, comfy bedrooms, and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Located in a small & quiet, family friendly neighborhood, the home is convenient to several popular restaurants & bars, minutes from UWF & the interstate, and a scenic drive to downtown and Pensacola Beach! *Pet Fee: $25/pet. Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

You will have free parking in the backyard located just steps away from the tiny home. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, unwind with a smart TV and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Casey's Corner

Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just opened is ALGA Beer Company, a new brewery located directly behind the house.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
