The Little Red Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the cute town of Pine Grove Mills. Downtown State College & PSU are a 15 min drive. This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

This ranch style 4 bed/3 bath single family house is nestled in a nice FoxPointe/Hunter's Chase community. Close to many attractions; The Waffle Shop (1 mile), Penn State Golf Course (2 miles), Beaver Stadium (5 miles) Texas Roadhouse (4 miles). Enjoy private workout sessions in a finished basement that comes with state-of-the-art workout equipment (treadmill and elliptical with iFit, Pilates platform). Parking on the private driveway up to 2 cars and curbside parking for additional cars.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.
