Bask in wonderful coastal views and glorious sunsets strolling along coast-hugging roads, breathing in fresh sea air, sit out enjoying starry skies before falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Arguably Irelands best scenery, enjoy views of Dingle Peninsula/Coumeenoole Bay, the Blasket Islands and Dunmore Head. The famous Coumeenoole beach is a 10 minute stroll, Dingle town is 10 miles away and Killarney 50 miles.

Nestled in the heart of Gap of Dunloe Glacial Valley, Beaufort, Killarney on the Ring of Kerry, spend some quiet time in our lovingly restored 1800s cottage. The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. It's on a quiet country road 3 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach and 25 minute’s walk to Castlegregory village, located on the Wild Atlantic Way and Kerry Way walking route. The cottage has been newly renovated and consists of a bright spacious ensuite double bedroom, kitchen/living area with wood burning stove and a private patio/garden area.
