Perfect for families, colleagues sharing or enjoying space on your own. This 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet residential area on the south bank of the River Tyne. A comfortable homely space with a small enclosed rear garden and free allocated parking. A stone's throw from the riverside walkway, which is great for dogs and cyclists too. Regular bus routes on your doorstep or less than £10 to the town centre in a taxi. Absolutely no parties, this is a quiet residential area.

Whole flat in a newly built in Newcastle

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchenette - newly built flat includes fridge, hob and microwave and plenty of storage space available in the bedrooms and communal spaces. We are retired professionals and the upstairs house is occupied by ourselves. The flat has its own independent entrance and parking is available for free. It's also a short 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which can take you into city centre directly and 20 minute drive away from Newcastle International Airport.

The Annexe is self contained at the rear of Pontop Hall with its own single parking space. The Hall is a grade 2* Listed Building, built as early as 1600. Recently restored the property has all the modern comforts you would expect in a home. You can enjoy a tranquil environment with some excellent walks on your doorstep and in the local area.
