we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cassundra’s beautiful cabin and highly recommend it! She’s a wonderful host who clearly cares about creating a comfortable stay for her guests, like adding thoughtful touches of kitchen items and fresh flowers. The cabin exceeded our expectations and was the perfect retreat after a day of adventuring. It is located in a scenic area with an easy drive into downtown Nevada City. The outside area was ideal for taking our dog out for a walk. The home is spacious, clean, and cozy, with charming interior design. We highly recommend staying at this sweet cabin!

Amazing place to stay.. I would stay here again without hesitation. Beautiful and very peaceful!! Home was spotless and plenty of towels and linen. Everything was absolutely perfect with plenty of room for 5 people. The only downside was we didn’t get to see yogi or boo boo.. Maybe next time!!

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

We booked with Julia & Craig very last-minute and later in the day when weather conditions prevented us from reaching our initial rental in Truckee. They were highly-accommodating, very responsive, and in less than an hour of booking we were getting settled in at their rental. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and much nicer than what we were expecting to get for a day-of booking. Check-in was seamless and their instructions were clear and comprehensive. We will definitely be booking with Jule Vacation Rentals again if we're ever in the area. Thanks Julia & Craig!

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++

What a cool little spot right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley! This was the perfect place for home base on my visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

This apartment was so cute, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It made my family and I feel right at home. The hosts was very friendly, informative, and communicative with us. The only con was that the place is located on a main heavy traffic road, but there is a sound machine in the bedroom which is helpful to drown out the sound of traffic while you sleep. With all that being said and knowing that, I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came available. (:

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. Such a comfortable, peaceful space. It was perfect for 2 couples for the weekend - we were there for a trail running race in the area. The only thing that could have been better was the weather so that we might’ve enjoyed the beautiful deck! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay. We had Thanksgiving at the house, and it easily accommodated those of us staying at the house, and a few extra. We were able to walk to cornish Christmas. (Downtown) This is a great centralized place to rent.

The Hart House was a perfect place to celebrate our two friend's getting married. The house was beautiful, inside and out! The meadow and the pond were such a nice place to unwind and relax from our busy city jobs. We picked some herbs from the garden for our meals and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend this amazing stay to anyone looking to house a group of nature lovers!

Our stay at Hollie's was awesome! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We had fun fishing in the pond with our grandkids. The house is very nice. The view from the master bedroom is amazing actually the view from all the windows is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved gathering on the deck in the evening and the hot tub was very relaxing. Rob and Hollie are great hosts, they went out of there way to be very accommodating. The only downside was we couldn't stay longer. I would highly recommend Hollie's place.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 7. Everyone had their own beds and rooms. It was clean, close to the airport, shopping, and in a safe neighborhood. I appreciated the free coffee, creamer, and body wash. The home's landscaping was impressive. A fellow green thumb may appreciate the beautiful plants surrounding the home. I would stay here again.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!
