Bohemian Style Cottage with Private Backyard

Open a window into the past in this retro style home. The residence features original design details, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, rich textures, a cozy fireplace, and a covered outdoor dining area. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and has all the amenities required for a AirBnB Plus home. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, with a queen bed and full size in the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower combination. There is also a large closet in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room and a covered patio in the back yard. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a 2 car garage but it is not accessible. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or in front of the house. We live 2 miles from the property, so we can be available to assist you or answer any questions that you might have about the property or the Rockwall/Dallas area. The property is located in quiet neighborhood with easy access to fabulous restaurants and boutique shopping in downtown Rockwall. The house is less than a mile from downtown Rockwall, so you can walk to the local tea room, coffee shop, boutique stores and restaurants.

House features a wood burning FP, hand scraped wood floors, tile, an open and inviting ktchn, jacuzzi, picnic/grill. 4 BDRM -BR 1 Qn Bd w/bath, BR 2 twin, BR 3 Qn & BR4 twin over Qn share Jack n' Jill Bath. 1 acre lot with ancient oaks, pecans, etc. Laundry room is shared w/guest house also an Airbnb. No smokn any kind! No parties. No pets. Security Cameras outside. Min age 21.

Peaceful retreat home away from home.

This is a perfect, refreshed exquisite house approx. 1 mile from Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett. It is the ideal arrangement for families, companions, or for those here on business because of its numerous conveniences. All beds and restrooms are new, and the master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub. The backyard is charming with a furnished porch. Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Finally, this home has easy access to major highways and is within distance of a retail plaza with restaurants, etc.

This bright, clean, fully furnished 3 bed/2 bath home with open living areas, big yard, only a short walk/drive to the lake & 30 min drive to Dallas. You can enjoy the lake, the quiet lakeside area & still be close to experience all that Dallas has to offer! This home is great for short & long term visits.
