The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Beautiful & Unique - The Chapel on the Olive Grove

As unique as you can get! This gorgeous 1870's wooden chapel has been lovingly transported and restored into bespoke holiday accommodation. The space is perfectly set up as a couples getaway. Located just 5 minutes drive from Russell, the Chapel at the Olive Grove is close enough to town to enjoy all there is to offer and it also has a Kitchenette and BBQ for those wishing to stay in for a quiet, romantic evening together. For your comfort there is a new airconditioner/heatpump installed.

Tranquil farm & garden cottage near Kerikeri.

Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Continental breakfast ingredients are available for guests' preparation.

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

DoLittle Cottage on organic citrus orchard

This charming, very private, self-contained cottage is set in the middle of our organic citrus orchard, just 5 km outside of Kerikeri. Quiet, very spacious grounds, pool, friendly animals and everything you need to relax and explore the area. It's full insulation, double glazed windows, heat pump/aircon and mosquito screens make it the perfect base to explore all the beautiful sights the Bay of Island has to offer.

Oliveto Italiano, meaning Italian House of Olives. Our Italian inspired stand alone studio is nestled among the olive trees in a totally private and quiet setting. Perfect for couples. Magnificent ever changing panoramic views over the olive trees to the inner Mangonui Harbour and surrounding hills.

Wai Rua The Cottage

The Cottage at Wai Rua, west of Whangarei, is approximately 18 minutes drive from Kamo via Pipiwai Road. It is a hidden gem with amazing rural views, including massive volcanic rocks, lakes and ponds, set in a beautiful tranquil garden. It can be a getaway retreat or stopover.
