You will be able to enjoy a modern, comfortable, newly remodelled, cozy apartment close to the centre of the capital of the north of Iceland. There are endless possibilities to explore all that our amazing nature has to offer for example; whale watching, Blue Lagoon in Myvatnssveit, Godafoss and in the autumn and winter experience the crazy aurora borealis and you can even take a beer bath at Arskogssandur. In the winter Akureyri is a winter sport town with a fabulous ski mountain Hlidarfjall.

My place is a 130m² semi detached house on a cul-de-sac street in a quiet neighbourhood. It has four bedrooms, spacious living room, washing room and a patio with an outdoor grill and a great mountain view of the skiing area and mountain Súlur. A scenic 1,9 km walk to downtown Akureyri will pass through the Akureyri Botanical Garden, the Akureyri College's old traditional building, a scenic view over downtown area of Akureyri, The Church of Akureyri and around the 100 steps to the downtown area

Hot tub inside with a large door to the balcony. Garden furniture and BBQ on the balcony. Northern lights and "ski out" during the winter.
