The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

Beautiful place to explore North Cat Island. We especially loved the stunning views from everywhere in the house, it was well stocked, great air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the outdoor private shower was incredible. We met wonderful neighbors and everyone on the island was so nice and helpful. Could not recommend this location and island enough. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven!

Charlene and Pedro’s home “ Bonefish Flat was perfect of everything we needed on our vacation. The location right on the water was absolutely breathtaking. It is worth noting that the roads to the home are very beat up and would strongly recommend an SUV or Jeep to access it. We did have a car and a were able to find a way without any damage , but just wanted to pass that on. The location is only about 8 minutes to Georgetown which was perfect for grocery shopping .I would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you again Charlene and Pedro !! Your house was wonderful!! We are very thankful for the breakfast items provided also!! Cheers!!

Anthony's place was as described with a beautiful lookout. We spent so much time outside just chilling. Stunning sunrises and sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked, and we found it easy to find the place. You can Google the name of the airbnb :) Recommend hiring a boat for the day, and you will need a rental car.

Another great stay at Joan’s place. She is always checking in, and quick to respond to any questions. The house was clean, and we had no issues! Would definitely recommend if looking for a place in the area!

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

We had a great week fishing for bonefish. Nicky and Kelly were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay there again next time we are in Exuma.

We traveled with a large group of family (adults and children) and this home was in the perfect location and just large enough for us all. Una is the most wonderful host- she felt like family by the time we left! If you're looking for a stay in Georgetown, this is perfect for a big group. As an added benefit, we were able to also rent their Tahoe, and Dingy, which was SO hopeful for trips to the market, as well as cruising and exploring the islands. The hosts were SO responsive, answering any question or responding to any need within minutes. We felt safe in the home, and often walked all around town. Georgetown is a wonderful spot on the island, one we will return to again. The oceans nearby are out of a movie, the bluest and clearest water I have ever seen. Our trip was a fairytale, and we could not have done it without Una and this home!

First of all, Fina is a very pleasant and hospitable person. She did everything to make us feel home. It was really great to get to know her better. The place is super charming and comfortable enough to accommodate 4 people. We love cooking, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The location is the best we’ll find in Exuma. The Deck is walking distance and the view takes your breath away. Our girls enjoyed kayaking and fishing. When the tight is low you can walk to the shoal. We definitely will return. I recommend Fina’s place. Thank you for everything. Jana, André, Maya and Ayla.

This was overall a great place to stay! We stayed one night. Pros: Amazing beach that you basically have to yourself! Friendly staff and hosts Close to a few restaurants Felt safe Make sure you have a breakfast sandwich at Kermit’s lounge at the airport- DELICIOUS! Ester was our taxi to and from and she was wonderful Cons: Beds were hard Only a few outlets worked We read in the reviews that you could rent kayaks for $20 and the ride from airport was $40, but we were charged $45 for the ride and quoted $50 to rent a kayak. - it would be great if the hosts would advertise what the prices of those amenities are in their airbnb page The restaurants were close, but there wasn’t a huge variety on the menu- we made due of course, but just more of an fyi

Literally just left Las Breezes Villa. At the airport now, writing this review. Peter was a gracious host giving my family (which arrived earlier than myself) a full walkthrough of the villa and making them feel at home. We were a family of eight that thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom had her own room. And my niece was overjoyed to have her own space (the sunroom in the master). The kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. There were more than enough quality linens (towels - bathroom and beach, sheets, etc.). Plenty of seating to enjoy hanging out as a family. The rooms are much cooler (A/C units) than open air spaces (oscillating fans). The wrap around deck was large where you could enjoy picturesque views of both sunrise and sunset. The location is super private and peaceful. You will definitely feel safe. We have no reason not to return for another stay.

We had a great time! Maryann and Elvis went out of their way to help us! They are a Very friendly, nice and knowledgeable couple! I would definitely recommend their place to stay and definitely be back here again!

J'ai bien aimé l'accueil, des gens très sympathique. Margaret m'a fait un bon déjeuner. L'endroit est parfait pour nager,kayak disponible sur place,et il y a un petit récif de corail juste en face pour ceux qui aiment le snorkelling. Il y a un bar et un resto sur place, et d'autres resto aux alentours. Pour le prix c'était parfait pour moi

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft sieht besser aus als auf den Fotos und ist sehr sauber.Das Auto das bei der Unterkunft dabei ist war super man braucht ein Auto auf exuma da es keine Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gibt und man sonst ganz viele schöne Orte nicht erreichen kann! Theodore ist wirklich nett und zuvorkommend hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht alles war sehr unkompliziert! Ich würde immer wieder bei bei Theodore buchen! Einziger minus Punkt ist das die Wände sehr dünn sind und wenn in der angrenzenden Wohnung jemand ist man leider so gut wie alles durchhört(ist auch ein Airbnb) war bei uns aber zum Glück nur eine Nacht so die restlichen Nächte war keiner da und die Gegend Ansicht ist sehr ruhig.

This property is part of a 4-5 home complex (all side by side but not a gated community or anything like that). We stayed at what appeared to be the largest home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was huge and could easily accommodate 8 people if you wanted. The living room was very large, and along with 2 of the bedrooms, it looked right out on to the water. All 4-5 homes share a beach which was stocked with paddle boards and kayaks, which we loved. Location wise, this place is just south of George Town. You definitely need a rental car on Exuma, which no one told us, but we quickly figured that out. Taxis are expensive, and you will need a car to get to restaurants and grocery stores, especially from this property. Food options are generally very limited on Exuma and both restaurants and groceries are very expensive (3x NY prices), so keep that in mind. Our main compliant about the home was the lack of basics like paper towels, napkins, etc.
