We absolutely loved this beautiful beach house and Fernandez Bay Beach. September is when most restaurants are closed, we were so thankful Jana had such a well stocked kitchen. We did enjoy conch salad at Duke’s twice and delicious dinners twice at Hidden Treasures at Regatta/Cultural Park. Water view out both bedrooms, dining area, living room and back porch was spectacular! Amazing sunrises off front porch over the coconut tree and sunsets from the back porch. Great snorkeling, kayaking and exploring by the rocks in all directions. Cat Island is friendly, natural, uncrowded. Alvernia’s Food Store was great for car rental and the freshest groceries/good selection during our 2 week stay. The Cat Island map made it easy to explore/adventure out each day, great pics! Always nice to be back at the beach house for a swim and outdoor shower! Nice hot indoor showers if rain approached. Definitely planning to return! Thankful to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary at such a special place!

The house was extremely well equipped and everything worked. There were detailed instructions on how the equipment functioned and what to do on the Island. . Beth was available and responsive for any questions. We had two young children ages 2 and 5 and they had a great time as did the adults. Highly recommended

If you’ve never been to the Bahamas—especially Exuma—you’re in for something special. We stayed at Monkey Sea, Unit 2, and it was perfect. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook after long beach days. We had a brief power outage (common on the island), but the hosts were prepared with rechargeable lights. Big bonus: the kitchen has filtered water, so no need to buy bottles all week! One of the highlights of our trip was meeting Alicia—she took us to incredible local spots we’d never have found on our own. Her tips made our experience unforgettable. Don’t forget to ask Robert for recommendations—he’s full of great suggestions! Another great tip: rinse off at the outdoor shower to avoid sand fleas. Monkey Sea’s fair pricing, central location, and amazing hosts made this stay unbeatable. We’ll absolutely return—highly recommend!

L’hébergement était conforme aux photos avec une plage avec que très peu de monde presque quasiment que pour nous tout seuls . Très dépaysant.

Très belle maison, bien située. Vue incroyable. Isolée, une voiture est nécessaire. Une maison à proximité avec des voisins très discrets. Quartier calme. Nouvelle route d’accès 100 m après le restaurant Big Noch’s, prendre à gauche si on va vers le sud est. Route en terre mais praticable avec une voiture de tourisme. Tournez à gauche dans la descente. En meilleur état que la première route en arrivant à Rolletown.

Charlene and Pedro’s home “ Bonefish Flat was perfect of everything we needed on our vacation. The location right on the water was absolutely breathtaking. It is worth noting that the roads to the home are very beat up and would strongly recommend an SUV or Jeep to access it. We did have a car and a were able to find a way without any damage , but just wanted to pass that on. The location is only about 8 minutes to Georgetown which was perfect for grocery shopping .I would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you again Charlene and Pedro !! Your house was wonderful!! We are very thankful for the breakfast items provided also!! Cheers!!

Lovely resort. We were in villa 3. Just around the corner from the pool and resort restaurant. It was clean and well stocked. Just keep in mind that the area has limited restaurants within walking distance. We did not get a car and taxis are easy to get but would recommend a car. This unit has a kitchenette. We would bring a few breakfast lunch options with if we return in the future. Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Felt safe our entire stay. Would definitely return.

Le logement était vraiment très propre, pour moi qui suis très exigeante c’était vraiment extra ! Nous avons été accueillis à l’aéroport et le logement était prêt à notre arrivée qui était bien plus matinale qu’annoncée sur l’heure du Check in. Le cottage donne sur une crique absolument fabuleuse, une terrace avec une vue splendide. Dans ce cottage, vous êtes au paradis ! Je n’ai qu’une envie, revenir ! De plus, Terrence nous a emmené en excursion bateau pour une journée et ce fut magique ! Tout était vraiment exceptionnel !

We had the most wonderful time and experience! We enjoyed our excursion with DJ and walking in the bay and on the beach. Recommend getting a golf cart while there to explore and get to the restaurants. Ida has them available. They were so responsive, as we had lots of questions. They picked us up and took us to the airport, which was wonderful and Ida showed us around the island before taking us to our cottage. Beautiful views of the bay off the back of the house and of the beach from the front porch. We would love to go back. So peaceful and perfect! Highly recommend!

Lovely place! I am glad we read the reviews before we went. The beach is sandy, but not all the way into the water. It is on the rocky side of the beach. Wear shoes to go into the ocean! This is a good location, outside of town. We visited several beaches on both sides of the island. Where the villa is located, the ocean is calmer.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short trip to town, yet it felt like our own private paradise. Having both a pool and the ocean literally steps from the back door was such a dream. We spent our days snorkeling right behind the house, where the water was calm and crystal clear, and we were even lucky enough to swim alongside a sea turtle! It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to come back.

The house and location were spectacular; modern home and amazing views from every window. We saw turtles in the lagoon in front of the house every morning. Be aware that the lagoon is full of cassiopea jelly-fish (upside down jellyfish) which release stinging mucous into the water so don't hang out in the water long or snorkel in that area. We only had a few days to stay which was not enough time! So much to explore near the house especially with the kayak and paddle boards. Also close to beautiful beaches on little exuma. We will definitely be back!

Shirls place is very relaxing and accommodating, the view of The Tropic of Cancer Beach is breathtaking. the cottage was clean and provides all amenities for your stay, like most areas in Exuma there are mosquitoes so be prepared. My 8 days was truly sexy.

We really enjoyed our stayed at Natajia cottage! Beautiful place and very clean, private. We felt as though we had the beach to ourselves, beautiful waters like nowhere else! We rented a boat and kept it at our dock for our stay! Was so convenient to just walk out the cottage onto the dock and get In the boat and go exploring! Visited most of the sites in and around Staniel Cay! We will be back, Natajia was a great host and answered any questions we had, she helped with golf cart and boat rental making our stay a breeze! Thanks again and we hope to visit your place again soon.
