体験できること

We will meet at the dock at B'More SUP. You will be able to store any bags, etc in our paddle shack. Then we will do a brief intro to paddling lesson on the dock. After we all feel comfortable we will get on the boards and paddle to a quiet cove on Bear Creek. The water is generally very calm and flat. We will then anchor our paddle boards and start doing a modified vinyasa yoga class on the…

Please note that this is yoga class on the water, so all participants should be comfortable on and IN the water. With that being said, all participants must be able to swim!
