I have worked in Surgical Step-down, OBGYN and Pediatrics as part of clinical training and practicum.

Stretch and jog followed by a nutritional uptake of greens and other various foods meant for speedy recovery with group discussion including goals and tasks. In addition, areas of life that have greatest impact or influence and discussing how these items impact life as a whole.
