Adventures in Stem Cell Science Adventures in Stem Cell Science is a 2-3 hour activity, open to any member of the public including adults and children. Participants visit our biotech research facility at Pathways to Stem Cell Science where they tour the laboratory and learn about the latest developments in stem cell science from our expert team of researchers. For participants aged 15 and we offer the rare opportunity to participate in a real-life lab experiment, working hands-on in the lab with actual stem cells. Safe non-lab based hands-on activities are available to inform and inspire children aged 15 and younger. From beating heart cells to information on Stem Cell Therapies, we offer a real-life scifi adventure unlike any other!
I am a stem cell researcher, non-profit founder, college professor and mother of a kindergartner. I have tremendous experience working in the field of stem cell science. I'm passionate about enabling students, children and adults of all ages and backgrounds to step into my shoes and learn first hands about the fascinating and amazing world world of professional stem cell science, that I experience every day! I believe in making science accessible to the public. Ensuring the public are accurately informed and inspired in the sciences is critically important.
Pathways to Stem Cell Science
Pathways to Stem Cell Science is the worlds only non-profit biotech research and education company. We take science education to the next level, providing opportunities for all ages to learn cutting-edge science working hands-on with stem cells. Not offered anywhere else, our courses are taught by industry scientists in professional biotech research facilities. No prior experience is required.

Guests will work hands-on with sophisticated lab equipment. Personal protective equipment will also be provided.
All guests will work hands-on in our biotech research training facility, located in Monrovia California.
For safety purposes guests must wear closed toe shoes and clothes that cover their legs.
We work only with ethically approved stem cell sources derived from adult tissues. We do not use stem cells derived from human embryos for research or educational purposes.
