During this informative & entertaining 2-hour workshop, I'll teach you how to make guilt free chocolate which is healthy and tastes delicious! You will enjoy a hands-on chocolate playground and make your own treats which you can eat there or take home. We will play with food and your imagination! You will learn about health benefits of real cacao, why conventional/commercial chocolate is unhealthy, which chocolate to buy in supermarkets and how to make quick efficient recipes at home with minimal ingredients using your own kitchen utensils. As a bonus, you will learn few great tricks on chocolate decoration and how to make budget chocolate treats for parties or when friends come over. I'll make sure that after this workshop, you will always have a healthy chocolate treat in your fridge and never feel guilty about it again! You will also receive a few of my favourite chocolate recipes & ingredient shopping list to take home.
I'm a co-founder of Alchemy - famous healthy restaurant in Bali and a co-author of The Raw Alchemist cookbook. Being a passionate nutritionist & a creative chef, I've created tons of recipes, menus and programs for different restaurants, retreat enters and individuals. Having been blessed with an eager imagination and exceptional taste buds, I’ve continually searched for the right artistic outlet for my creativity and passions. Food pleasure fascinates me. In my teaching I'm able to share my knowledge about nourishing one's five senses with food.
All equipment and healthy ingredients will be provided.
The workshop will be held at a beautiful and comfortable Boutique location called Bittersweet, which is located just in the heart of the town. It’s an amazing all-in-one space which hosts a delicious restaurant, designer’s clothing and jewelry outlet, exquisite flower shop, art and décor gallery, co-working and workshop spaces, and even fabulous apartments. The decoration and the feel of the place won’t leave you incurious.
