Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided for your convience. We will park at Baby Beach in Spreckelsville near Paia and walk to the right where a nice, shady beach awaits us. Next, we’ll practice a one hour vinyasa class incorporating any elements you’d like to focus on like core strengthening, yin, pranayama, bandha holds and more! Afterwards, we’ll have a brief moment to jump into the natural tide pools to cool off. And to finish up our morning, we’ll visit one of my favorite spots to grab a health snack, Paia Bowls. The entire experience will be 2 hours.
My love for surfing, yoga and adventure is what brought me to Maui in 2014. I became a certified yoga instructor from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica 6 years ago. Since then, I’ve received my 50 Hour Advanced Posture Certification and completed a second 200 HR teacher training program. My practice focuses on pranayama, bandha energy holds, core strengthing vinyasa and yin poses. Whatever your flavor is, I will create a customized yoga class just for you! Enjoy the views of crystal clear waters and the west side mountains while flowing through this beautiful journey!
