You'll learn about the origins of pesto and the reason for each ingredient and why it's important to add the ingredients in a specific order. I'll also teach you how to make "trofie" the typical pasta eaten with pesto in the Tigullio area of Liguria. Then we'll get right down to business, pounding the ingredients with a pestle and mortar made from beautiful, cool and smooth Carrara marble. Making…
