We will discover the secrets of the italian aperitif, the most popular in the world: Spritz, the golden aperitivo, then the Bellini or Rossini with strawberries, peaches or Mimosa with orange.
But what is better than cooking fresh pasta carbonara and drinking a good aperitif?
We will prepare a plate of handmade pasta carbonara; fresh pasta prepared according to my grandmother’s recipe, which I improved in the best Italian and International cooking schools (Institute PAUL BOCUSE 3* Michelin in the beautiful Ecully castle): old style, with only few ingredients and a good aperitif in your hands.
Enjoy the Italian mood.
Instead of carbonara sauce You could ask another the sauce (Only for private group) between:
Bolognese ragout, pesto sauce , cacio and pepper sauce, arrabbiata sauce, Norma sauce, Puttanesca sauce, Garlic and oil sauce, mushroom and ham, lemon sauce, walnut sauce, gorgonzola sauce

This was a wonderful class! Bruna offered helpful suggestions as we worked. She had two cameras going and was able to keep up with the four of us. We met as a group for a birthday celebration and Bruna offered a cookbook to highlight the special occasion! The carbonara was top notch and the stories thoughtful in their presentation. Looking forward to receiving the dessert and family dinner cookbooks for more amazing Italian dinners. Don’t hesitate to book this fun and educational class!
