Learn about Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation for a more peaceful and less stressful life. Learn how to start your own mindfulness meditation practice. This class is semi guided. We will talk about what Mindfulness is and how it will change your life for the better. I will teach you how to meditate. I will also teach you breathing techniques for calming and relaxing body and mind. Then I will guide you through a semi Guided Mindfulness Meditation session.
Other things to note
Please arrange for your own transportation and dress comfortably. Bring bottled water as well.

This class was awesome! Booked this with intention to slow down with my mom and brother on a family vacation to San Diego. Brittany was very thorough, she made us feel comfortable right away and explained the process very well. She was patient and her voice was soothing. I’d consider myself intermediate to mindfulness, my family were beginners and we all had a great moment with different takeaways that we can apply to our lives going forward. Highly recommend booking this!

Such a calming and well guided meditation! Brittany has a soothing voice that really helps to relax. Great class for beginners and people who want to reacquaint themselves! Definitely recommend :)

Brittany was incredibly welcoming and comforting to her lovely outdoor meditation space. I felt safe and at peace. I was able pause and breath deeply, taking in all the great sounds around me in the moment. It was a great experience for my first time meditating and I encourage anyone who hasn’t meditated to give it a try, especially with someone like Brittany!

If you are visiting San Diego, like I did, this meditation class is the perfect experience during your time here. Brittany does fantastic work guiding you through your own mindfulness meditation practise. It's a great way to take time in and relieve stress in your day to day life. I couldn't be more happier with the outcome and would highly recommend it!

This was a really comfortable setting. Whereas it could have felt awkward to meditate with strangers, Brittany was warm and welcoming so I was instinctively at ease. Her tone of voice was very soothing, so I was calm and relaxed during the guided meditation. It actually felt as if it only lasted 5 minutes instead of 40! My 12 year old son came with me and was able to participate as well. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience that I’ll definitely do again soon. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. As a complete beginner in meditation, I was able to relax and be present. Brittany was very helpful, she gave me tons of tips and guidance. Highly recommended for everyone
