The Hoh Rainforest is the largest tract of protected, temperate rainforest in the Northern Hemisphere. It can rain 12-14 feet here each year! Link up with a group in Olympic National Park that have traveled west from Seattle and explore the Hoh Rainforest for the day! You'll be accompanied by a naturalist guide who will share with you some unbelievable statistics about this UNESCO International Biosphere Reserve. Walk as little or as much as you'd like, taking time to connect with ancient trees, keeping your eyes peeled for banana slugs, and counting the various species of lichen and mosses as you go. You can even look for salmon fry in tributaries of the Hoh River. You'll have the option to meet up with us the evening prior, cookout over a campfire, and sleep near Kalaloch beach. Or opt to stay an extra night and go hiking with your group up on Hurricane Ridge the following day!
