The tours start at JR Ueno Station. Firstly, we begin by heading to the area that has a cluster of Shinto shrines. We will visit Kiyomizu Kannon Temple which is an important cultural asset of the country, Shinobazu Pond, Ueno Toshogu is a shrine in the time-honored Japanese religion of Shinto, Ueno Daibutsu which is the face of the Big Buddha, and Hanazono Inari Shrine which has lots of Torii gates where will be joined by a host guide. After walking around there, we get Japanese sweets and take a break. After that, we will move to the Ueno Park area. There you will see some of the area's exhibition halls (National Museum of Western Art, National Museum of Nature and Science, Tokyo National Museum and so on). In this tour, we do not enter these halls but if you find your favorite, you can go there after the tour! After exploring the Japanese history and culture, we will move on to Ameyoko and walk and eat at Ameyoko!
- Japanese green tea/ Japanese sweets included - I will take you to Ameyoko and have some delicious octopus ball there!
