I'm a Travelling Fermenter, who have now been travelling and exploring to find about fermented foods for several years. My speciality is homemade Miso, so I conduct some workshops to teach how to prepare it at each home in Japan and overseas since 2012. Because there're tremendous numbers of soy sauces and Misos on the shelves of supermarkets but there's no detailed English description on the package or anyone who can explain about the difference of each Misos and soy sauces in English. I would like to share my experience and knowledge with you if you want genuine fermented souvenirs of Japan.

' Food & Time Isetan ' is the complex of grocery stores and eat-ins. You will find a Sushi & Ramen bar, a cafe, a bakery, a craft beer bar, a juice stand and some grocery stores in here. It's at Yokohama station building. However, this station is way too big, so I'm sure you will get lost easily. So I would like to meet you at the information desk of the Takashimaya department store, where is the most iconic place at Yokohama station.
