Bake w/ a Michelin starred pastry chef
I’m the executive chef and co-founder of Butler, a neighborhood favorite in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Prior to opening Butler, I've held executive pastry chef positions at Django, Double Crown, PUBLIC, and Piora, where I helped them earn their Michelin Star two years in a row. I'm passionate about baking and will show you how to perfect some of my signature dishes.
You’ll be greeted with wine and appetizers as you get acquainted with me, Michelin-starred pastry chef Ryan, before I conduct a rare, after-hours, private baking workshop with you on site at Butler. I’ll teach you how to make one of my signature pastry dishes, such as an herb and chili scone, sticky date muffin with apricot and bergamot jam, or a peach cobbler crumb cake. You'll also get a box of the baked goods that you made to take home with you at the end of your pastry class.

We’ll be in the open chef's kitchen, on site at Butler in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, after the bakery is closed to the public.
