Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Tarr Cottage boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. The South West Coast Path is accessed just round the corner and the cliff railway to Lynmouth is only a few hundred metres away. The property has high speed WiFi throughout the house and we have even set the place up with sky TV for those days in. Free private parking with undercover bays. Set on our small farm with horses, fields and a stream for children to explore, with walking and cycling tracks from the door, beaches within 20 minutes and a popular café in the woods nearby.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Dunster

Mid 19th century, recently restored cottage, next to church in the centre of the beautiful village of Dunster with its castle and medieval yarn market. Floral Cottage has been decorated in keeping with its age but to give a light, airy feeling and finished with quality antique furnishings.
