Parking is available outside the home. However, it is paid parking during business hours Monday - Friday. Great home, and would stay again!

    Hello and welcome to my listing! I would love to share a bit of Perth with you for a quiet vacay away! You'll be located close to Swan River where you can enjoy peaceful walks/runs/bike rides along the foreshore With a 6 min drive (or 10 min bike ride) to Maylands cafe hub and if your a golfer, then your only a 3 min drive away from the Maylands Peninsula Golf Course (or a 16 min walk along the river) I'd like to add that people of all backgrounds are welcome to stay :)
    Situated on the 5th floor, this apartment has an open plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The apartment also has a washing machine for your convenience. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with all linens and towels provided for Please note: the apartment has not been 'baby proofed' (e.g. There are blind chords and no power point covers etc) but if this is not an issue for you then infants are more than welcome to stay :)

  • The place is very cozy and lovely. Nikeeta is also very helpful. The house is filled with a lot of amenities which make it so convenient for the guest. However, the house cleanliness should be further improve as it's a bit dusty and spotted bugs in the kitchen. Have communicated to Nikeeta about that, and she is very responsive to it! There is no air condition or heating equipment in the rooms. But Nikeeta is very considerate to place a standing fan in one of the room. This has greatly improve the room's ventilation. It's an enjoyable stay on the whole.

  • Das Appartement sieht in echt wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist schlicht und funktional gehalten. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und eine zweckmässige Küche. Bad mit Tageslicht ist ein Plus. Internet und Waschmaschine sind inklusive. 5 Gehminuten bis zur Beaufort Street für Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bottleshop. Es fährt ein Bus in wenigen Minuten ins CBD. Tanya ist super gastfreundlich und stellt jede Menge Infos proaktiv bereit. Checkin und Checkout waren super unkompliziert. Hat uns super gefallen!!

    One bedroom luxury apartment 3 mins from train station and free cat bus to city. Well appointed kitchen. 5 min walk to the beautiful swan river and many restaurants and riverside bar. Free street parking available and easy access to all freeways. Two bathrooms one Queen bed and sofa bed.
    5 minutes to free city transport, restaurants, river Free cat bus and train to city. This property is not toddler friendly children above six or seven would be fine as long as they are fine to sleep on a different level from their parents.
    This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood that has a five minute access for walks along the river or a twenty minute stroll to the city. The train is five minutes from the apartment and with the smart rider which is made available for two guests gives you free train ride into the city. There is also a free cat bus around the corner which will also get you to the city. When you stay in the apartment you also have access to all the freeways a few minutes away.
  • Vicki’s place has a ground floor entrance with easy out front parking. The apartment is spectacularly equipped with every home convenience plus more. A short walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. Adjacent to public transport with easy freeway access. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming. We will be back, six stars out of five.

    In cool Mt Lawley close to the city is our renovated cabin, a private, one bed ensuite retreat. The cabin is nestled in a garden grown from scratch on a quarter acre block at the rear of an old art deco house.
    Fully secure space, separate from the house = full privacy. WIFI in the cabin. Off street parking available if you have a car. There isn't a kitchen, but a fridge and microwave are available for keeping drinks cold and warming up food.
    One of the oldest suburbs in Perth, Mt Lawley is dotted with many interesting heritage properties. We are walking distance to ECU, the Beaufort St shops, Fitzgerald St (Coles supermarket), Northbridge and the CBD. If you need to move more quickly, there's off street parking out front, or you can catch a bus 300m away which takes you to the CBD in 12 minutes. There are 3 supermarkets close by. This is what the local real estate agent says: Famous for its ever vibrant and ever-busy Beaufort Street cafe strip, Mt Lawley is more than just an excellent destination for dining or a leisurely day out. Sitting right on the city's doorstep, and bounded by the Swan River to the east, Mt Lawley is always bustling with activity - especially when it comes to an exciting line-up of shows and festivals.   • A massive thankyou to Emily for our stay in Perth. Fantastic stay at her gorgeous property in My Lawley. Ideal location close to Beaufort street , the Astor theatre and restraunts. My partner and I drove up from the country and due to traffic delays were running late for our show at the Astor theatre. Emily very kindly offered us a lift to the theatre, getting us there on time and recommended the best of the local restraunts, thanks Emily we were not disappointed. We also borrowed an international adapter for my girlfriends hair straightner, without it the night would have been a disaster ;) . beautiful gardens to enjoy and very clean tidy accomodation, everything we could have hoped for , highly recommended for a stay in walking distance to the city and a very kind, carying hospitality provided by Emily.   • Wonderful hosts who bend over backwards for anything you ask. They are the kind of folk you send a message to, and within minutes they have responded with a solution or answer. This is important in the AirBnB community. Keep the issues, which are a fact of life, private, and enjoy the whole experience instead. There was nothing that was too much trouble. They are new hosts, and genuinely appreciate the help and advice given from Aussies and travellers alike. So keep up the dialogue, help them all you can, and you will love this apartment. Location-wise, it is walking distance from shopping and restaurants. There is the Elizabeth Quay just down the road, and the fitter can walk to King's Park and climb the stairs. We did this and had a coffee at Frasers. Total walk was only about 5km, but stunning. The apartment has two bedrooms and unlike many, an entrance that does not open directly into the lounge. I found this really nice, as it was more cosy. The kitchen is basic, but we managed to cook a roast. (I have put foil on the tray in the oven...could guests follow suite to make it easy for folk to clean? Replace if you use...simple!) The bathroom is large with loads of natural light and view across to North Perth. There is a massive spa we didn't use. Shower is climb-over, so you do need to be able to do this. Loads of cupboard space. We found this particularly useful given we travel back and forward to Australia and have lots of luggage. The back bedroom has an open walk-in, where we could stash it. Air/con and heating works perfectly. Even though cold at night, we were comfy. Nice big tv and all the other things you might like if you are a homebody at night. Internet was fast, put on the day we moved in. There is a HUGE balcony that goes right around the lounge. Nice to sit outside and watch the Swan River, of which you have a great view of. This is perfectly suited for business or leisure travellers, or with a young family of one or two children. I had a business meeting there, and it felt like I was doing it in my studio. Value for money is excellent, given that a hotel room in this location is upwards of $190. Stock up the fridge, cook your own breakfast, park your car inclusive in a wide and easily accessible undercover space, and the apartment is almost free! We will be back.   • We had a very comfortable stay at Carol's place. The unit is very clean and tidy and is well equipped. The unit is conveniently located within the Perth City Free Transit Zone. We caught the frequent free buses ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) just on the doorstep to the unit into the city and back from the city. The Blue Cat is just a short walk away to take you into Northbridge. A supermarket is also located just a short walk away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Perth.

  • Carol and her husband were excellent hosts who went above and beyond to Mae our stay easy and enjoyable. We were able to check in early and assisted us in storing and moving our bags to the apartment. Carol was very communicative and flexible with our needs. The apartment was just fantastic. Brand new furniture, coffee and tea and basic cooking supplies were provided. The apartment was quiet and the location was perfect- short walk to the city and to the restaurants in northbridge and Chinatown but far enough away to be quiet. There was a pool and a gym for use which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend carol and her apartment to anyone.

    Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room

There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train.     Our 1930's character home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people (max 4 travelling together) and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom, 'breakfast' room and own bathroom!
    Your spacious, totally private area is the front wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any of the house with us. Your space houses 1 - 4 people travelling together with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the breakfast room. Your space includes a large bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, heater, ducted air conditioning (cooling only), wardrobe, iron, ironing board & luggage rack. You also have your own bathroom and another room which contains a double sofa-bed, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Complimentary basic breakfast supplies will be in this room on arrival (eg cereal, oats, milk, tea and coffee). The front porch is yours alone to use with an outdoor table, 2 chairs and BBQ.
    Victoria Park is a friendly, trendy but slightly gritty area to live and hang out in Perth. A quick walk to the end of our street will bring you to Albany Highway. You can turn left or right to walk to an endless supply of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. 1.5km away in the laneway of IGA, the TGIF Hawkers Markets are on every Friday evening 5pm - 9pm. Lots of affordable yummy food options and live music. 1km away at John McMillan park every Sunday morning is the Vic Park Farmers Markets from 8am - 12 noon. Great breakfast, coffee, local produce, artisan stalls and live music. 2km away is the Swan River for scenic walking, riding, dolphin spotting, picnics or a BBQ. Ask me for any recommendations for where to go in the area. I am passionate about Vic Park and supporting the businesses within it.

  • We had a great stay at Jane’s place in Victoria Park. It was just what we needed, clean, spacious and a superb location with easy access to pretty much anywhere you need to go in Perth. Jane was really flexible with the check in and check out times which was a massive help due to our awkward arrival and departure times. There was some lovely touches like welcoming us with a bottle of wine, and the opportunity to use a barbecue in your own private porch area, unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worst whilst we were there so we never got the chance to make use of it. We were busy and out and about during our stay which meant we unfortunately never got to meet Jane & Chris which was a shame. Would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Perth. Great location, accommodation and price!

    Our large open plan apartment is filled with sunlight and lush plants both inside and out. We have good views across to East Perth skyline and beyond. The long balcony is private and has plenty of seating. You will wake up to the sound of a water fountain outside your room each morning. The room has both curtains and a privacy blind which can shut out 100% sunlight if desired. As there is only two apartments in the building, this means less noise and more privacy. Our neighbours in the other apartment are in fact friends of ours.
    Our apartment is located in a diverse neighborhood in central Perth. The area is home to many business, industry, and apartments. For shopping and sightseeing, either walk, catch a free train or bus into Northbridge or the city in less than 10mins. There are a few great cafes nearby if you need your caffeine fix.
  • Brian and Anthony helped make my visit to Perth excellent. I really appreciated the airport pickup and return, removing the stress and cost of arranging other transport. The room, ensuite and balcony area are excellent, clean, bright and welcoming. The extras like bottled water, stocked fridge and soaps etcmade you feel welcomed and obvious you guys care about providing a top service to your guests. The location is excellent, close to all facilities including the city Northbridge and railway. Do not be concerned about traffic noise there is none.

  • There aren't enough words to describe how amazing this place is. From the minute we check in until the time we check out. Brian was so sweet and friendly as he greeted us upon arrival and showed us the basic. Cherie and Dudley ( puppies ) are too adorable, we love playing with them. My partner and i enjoyed every minute of it. We even canceled our plan next day and stay in, play with cherie and dudley and just hang out. Will definitely love to stat over again one day.

  • WOW WOW WOW! The BEST airbnb you could possibly ask for. Where do I start? So I arrived in Perth where Brian picked me up. Greeted by the 2 cutest little fluffy babies Dudley and Cherrie. My room was SPOTLESS! Like nothing out of place and lots of nice little touches to the room like a little mini bar, shampoos and conditioners, coffee machine and optional electric blanket for cold seasons etc. The guys couldn't have been nicer. 2 of the nicest guys ever. Went out of their way for me on so many occasions. I forgot to bring shaving foam and they leant me theirs which was so kind of them. Gave me a travel card so I could use the trains. Just such a good service. Positives - ~ Great location. 2 min walk from the train station. ~ Gave me a travel card making travel so easy ~ 2 very friendly hosts which made me feel at home. ~ The cutest little dogs you have ever seen. ~ Beautiful bathroom with bath and a shower. ~ Super comfy bed. ~ Dropped back off to the airport because I had booked for more than 6 nights. ~ Very accommodating with my late check out as my flight wasn't until late. Negatives - ~ Cherrie (my favourite) wouldn't let me give her loads of cuddles. Dudley however loves a cuddle ~ They wouldn't let me take Cherrie with me. ~ Leaving. 😢 It was so amazing there I didn't want to leave. I am so glad I booked this air bnb! I felt completely at home and Brian had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do, and how to get around. He has two very adorable, friendly, and welcoming dogs that will make you feel like a part of the family. My room was stylish, comfortable, spacious, and clean with an excellent long wrap-around balcony. I had a great experience and would certainly recommend staying with Brian.

  • After reading all the good reviews about the listing, I had decided to choose Rika's place for my stay in Perth. We were welcomed by Rika on our arrival and to my disappointment, the place was not as good and clean as described by the others. The living room is very dimmed and the furniture are quite worn out. The hot water in the bathroom need some time to work and it will not function properly in the middle of our shower. Beds are not comfortable as describe and worst of all, with all the pictures of Marilyn Monroe hanging in front of the bed (first bedroom) and on top of the bed (2nd bedroom) how can one enjoy a good night sleep. Due to the dimmed lighting of the house, we had to turn on the bathroom light to ensure that my mother (age 68) will be able to see her way to the toilet during the night as she was not familiar with the place. However, we were reminded by Rika (through text messages) twice to switch off the bathroom light. I was wondering whether she was spying on us the whole night (as she is just staying next door) or the rates that we paid only allow us to use the bathroom for a certain period of time? We arrived her unit at midnight however she welcomed us with smile and gave us milk for breakfast. The unit was clean and organized, it had everything we needed - slippers, extra blankets, travel brochure, chocolate...etc. I guess Erica is accustomed to traveling. We liked the interior and garden. The interior was so beautiful and we really felt at home. The garden was well-kept. I loved to see fully bloomed roses from garden chair:) One night, Erica came to tell us to watch fireworks. Fireworks were set off in Perth City and we could watch it from the unit! It was memorable. The unit is located in quite and safe area - 20 to 30 minutes from CBD by car. The car rental store which Erica recommended was very good. They delivered a car to the unit. This was our 2nd visiting to Perth. Thanks to Erica, we loved Perth more than before. We were a short walk away from the free bus to Optus stadium (we were in town to go to an AFL game), and the array of delicious cafes, restaurants and bars on offer in the Vic Park area. It was also very close to the Swan River which is a perfect place to exercise, hang out in the sun or just go for a leisurely stroll. The apartment itself is minimal but beautifully presented, and again met all our requirements for our stay. Stacey was helpful and responded to all my communication from the start.     Suite 1 is close to public transport, 15 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth, 20 mins to beach. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, and lake. It is a suite with independent entrance, bedroom with high ceilings, own breakfast kitchenette, own bathroom, & own lounge setting on a shared front verandah. Please note that there is NO SMOKING in the suite, verandah or in the garden and those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.
    The space is newly renovated. It is a private suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom, a breakfast kitchenette and an outdoor lounge sitting area on front veranda. This suite has an independent entrance. The bedroom has 1 queen bed, and if there is a 3rd person or child, there is a single sofa bed you can unfold. The room has ample wardrobe space, a desk and TV. The room is light and the french glass doors open onto veranda that overlooks the front garden.
    Mount Hawthorn is a lovely, friendly, safe neighbourhood, with many parks, cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, bookshop within walking distance. Lake Monger is a favourite walking spot with many native birds including our black swans. Our neighbouring suburb, Leederville, is lively and has a cinema as well as many restaurants, cafés, bookshops, fashion boutiques and is also within walking distance or a 4 minute bus ride.

Being located between Leederville and Mt Hawthorn there are endless possibilities for shopping, cafes, restaurants etc. Proximity to Lake monger , the freeway, and public transport is a bonus. The room is well set out with a comfortable bed, TV, own bathroom etc, the street frontage view is pretty through the French Doors. The only suggestion I would make would be to have blockout curtains as there can be quite a bit of light coming from the front porch of other suite. Cecilia was so prompt in her responses to queries, it was very helpful in planning my trip. I would definitely choose to stay there again when coming to Perth

  • I love this place. Stayed here 12th-15th Nov 2016 with my family. On the outside it looks quite decent, but when i'm inside the unit, it's marvelous. All the decorations were great, the internet was really good, the neighborhood was really calmly and nice. I have all i need in the kitchen to cook and dine. Even the grocery stores (IGA) not quite far from the apartment (few minutes drive). Distance to CBD only 10 minutes i think. Kathryn was also being so helpful to provide me necessary information (there are even brochures in the coffee table) and really smooth check in and check out. The unit has everything we need (washing machine, wifi, free parking). The unit does not have any aircond or fan except for 1 standing fan and 1 standing moveable aircond in each rooms (2 rooms). During our stay its quite windy and not that hot, so its not an issue for us while we spend our time at the living hall. I'm not sure on the accessibility to the public transport since i rented a car during our stay.

The apartment is perfectly clean and ideal for a short stay. The bedroom is only separated by a half wall (warehouse style), so it's probably best suited for a couple. The building is unique and right in the centre of Perth, with shops, cafes and transport at your doorstep. A fantastic stay and I would recommend.

The apartment itself is very comfortable and well appointed. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Stephanie was very accomodating and only an SMS away. Victoria Park has one of Perth's best value restaurant and bar strips and South Perth is also minutes away which is home to Perth Zoo and more restaurants and Bars. The Airport is a 15 minute drive away. There is several supermarkets only minutes away The gym is located on the same level. The Luxury one year old apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker.     We (arch/designers) lovingly designed and built this great space, with its exposed beams and bricks and recycled features, to capture the panoramic Perth city views. An amazing location, walk to Beaufort St and Nth Perth Angove Strips. City v close.
    This is an amazing and spacious loft style apartment (of around 120sqm including indoor outdoor balcony) with high ceilings that peak at around 4m and contain 7 amazing velux skylight windows throughout flooding the loft in natural light. Finishes are rustic and industrial with personality. Located between leafy North Perth and vibrant Mount Lawley and a bus ride, stroll or short Uber to the CBD. The apartment (as part of a 2 apartment development) has been recently built but uses many recycled elements throughout to give a sense of the classic warehouse.
    Close to Perth CBD (around 3.5km) Great tree lined neighbourhood with close proximity to the Perth CBD, bus access and also walking distance to cafes/bars etc.

The location is close to the plenty of great places to eat and the apartment has great views of the city, especially at night. The check in/out process is very convenient and the barn door makes you feel secure. As the apartment is located upstairs it would be suitable for solo and business travellers and couples. It was the perfect central base for our short stay.

  • From the moment I made contact, Carla and Ben's communication was excellent. Their unique apartment not only made the stay comfortable but also unique. Much thought has been put into the accommodation to make you feel safe and welcomed. The addition of muesli, milk,tea etc made the first night very easy. Although working, my stay at Mt Lawley felt like a mini holiday with the great view to the city lights. I took advantage of my hosts recommendation for dinner at Cantina's and had the best fetticini I have ever had. My best AirBnB experience so far.

    259 From Behind, is a newly renovated space that is attached to the main residence. However it is fully private & fully self contained. It will accommodate two people very comfortably. The guest suite adjoins our home, but is only accessible through your own private entry (so, the apartment and the entry is yours exclusively) Come here to rest, to work or to use as a home base whilst catching up with old friends! When you arrive at our place, you have your own space to retreat and relax. Your private suite, has been newly renovated in February of 2018. It is tastefully designed and decorated by an Interior Architect. On arrival you will, no doubt notice the peace and quiet of this area. The bed is superbly comfortable, being 'not to hard and not to soft'! You will find that you can maintain a high level of privacy as your space is separated. A continental breakfast is included with your reservation. Other meals or snacks can be arranged for an additional fee. In regards to public transport, Perth metropolitan public transport, including trains, buses and ferries, are provided by Transperth, with links to rural areas provided by Transwa. There are 70 railway stations and 15 bus stations in the metropolitan area. The rail system has recently undergone significant redevelopment, with a new railway line built between Perth and Mandurah which doubled the length of Perth's railways. Additionally, The Indian Pacific passenger rail service connects Perth with Adelaide and Sydney via Kalgoorlie. The Transwa Prospector passenger rail service connects Perth with Kalgoorlie via several Wheatbelt towns, while the Transwa Australind connects to Bunbury, and the Transwa Avonlink connects to Northam. Having used AirBnB ourselves during our travels we noted what was most important to us whilst we were on the road and endeavoured to ensure they would be a part of our apartment. There is parking available at the front of our home, but this may not undercover. Pre-arrangement for keys to access is sent to you, prior to your arrival. The apartment is entirely separate to our house, so if an uninterrupted retreat is your priority, then this space is perfect for you. However we will always extend a welcome wherever possible. We love how quiet our neighbourhood is. Getting to and from our house is very easy because there are many public transport options available, which are all located close to our home. I am a yoga teacher and I teach classes in my home, I will always let you know when the classes are on. But I want to reassure you that I do not operate early morning classes and if you feel the class may impede on your stay I can arrange for the class to be held elsewhere or I will run a very quiet class.
    We love how quiet our neighbourhood is.
  • Sandy and Joe were wonderful hosts. On the day we arrived they invited us over and we had a long conversation about where we would like to go and what to see in and around Perth. While the apartment is a part of their house it's actually very nicely separated and fells like you are on your own. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lovely park just about 200m down the road. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't had the chance to use their terrace, which is absolutely amazing!

  • I was over for business and stayed at Sandy and Joe's house for 4 nights. They were perfect hosts. The process for check in was faultless especially as I was arriving on a late flight. The property is immaculate and my room was privately situated at the back of the property. They are perfectly situated being a 5 minute drive out of the CBD or walking distance to cinemas and shops. East Victoria Park restaurant is only a couple of minutes drive away. All in all I would highly recommend Sandy's place and have already rebooked for my next trip. Thanks Sandy, for a great stay.

  • This is my second time at Sandy and Joe's, and both times have been wonderful. Their house is conveniently close to the airport, which is perfect when arriving late (or leaving early). The room and bathroom are completely private and beautifully appointed (and I loved the soft jazz that was playing on our arrival, it was a nice touch). We also enjoyed the beautiful garden/outdoor area where you can relax, surrounded by fairy lights. We'll be back :)

Their home is charming and cosy and they are such perfect hosts that we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We have just arrived in Australia and they oriented us in a lot of things a new comer needs to know. Also being in such a lovely home with such welcoming and wonderful hosts made us felt at home and made it easy on us to overcome homesickness and longings for friends and family. During the 3 weeks we stayed we shared the most pleasant moments, many laughs and great food and definitely we became friends. When we moved to our new home they were our first guests for a sundowner in our balcony. We also cannot forget to mention Misha the most funny and unique dog ever...auf, auf :-) Having said this we unquestionably recommend staying at Sandy, Joe and Misha’s home when coming to Perth. You’ll increase your overall “risk” of gaining some new great friends like we did.

  • Had a lovely few days in Courtenay's apartment. The location is great, only 10 minutes walk from St Georges Terrace and the main shopping streets in Perth. Right outside there is also a bus stop and the apartment is in the free transport zone so you can get any bus into the centre for free! The 935 bus also stops outside and goes to the domestic terminals at Perth Airport (you can get a transfer bus to the international terminals). Beautiful King's Park is only 5 minutes in the opposite direction. The apartment is very comfortable and super quiet. Amazingly comfortable bed! Well stocked kitchen and lovely shower. Communications with Courtenay were very quick and thanks again for the welcome chocolate bars on the pillow!

  • I was doing research on where to stay in Perth when I found Susie's place. It's located in Burswood, a modern suburb located very close to the city centre. It's also located quite near to Whiteman Park (Caversham Wildlife Centre) and Fremantle. The place itself is within walking distance to a shopping mall, where there is a very good Chinese restaurant (CHI) where I had one of the best meals in Perth. I know because I'm a Chinese myself. The apartment itself is clean with the necessary toiletries. I would definitely book this place again on my next trip to Perth.

  • We are disappointed with the condition of the house. Was having high hopes that house will be clean after seeing the reviews. Was shocked not just to see that there so much ants in the bathroom, there was also a squashed housefly at the cupboard door beside the fridge, stained sofa, a dead fly at the window ledge, the beds have a musty smell, the bedsheets have hairs on them, the outside balcony is filled with dead leaves, kitchen top has ants crawling around. Owner did apologize but the 2 nights stay was quite bad for us.

    My place is close to city, public transport, Crown Entertainment Complex and the Optus Stadium. It's 15min drive from both the domestic and International airports. You’ll love my place because of the convenient location. My place is good for couples, family, and solo adventurers. Studio is complete with private garden, car park, BBQ and spa bath.
    This cosy space is ideal for couples with a very comfortable King size bed. For additional guest the sofa can be pull out as double bed. - There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee are provided. - A bbq is provided in the private garden. - Huge bathroom includes shower and a hydrotherapy spa. The studio is in an excellent location: -2 minute walk to bus stop -5 minute walk to riverfront walk -20 minute walk to Crown Entertainment Complex (train station is located here also) -5min drive to Optus Stadium -Buses operate from both domestic and international airports and arrive within 2 minute walk of the studio.
    Rivervale is centrally located between the airport and the city. It is 5km to central city. Drive to city is approx. 5min. Also bus stop within 2min walk. The new perth stadium n casino are closeby. Walkable about 20min or take a bus only 2stops. Restuarant 5min walk. Across the road from the studio is the swan river. Lovely walk....try it out!
  • Fantastic location - close to the main roads, but still very secluded. The house was clean and well kept, we would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

  • We were on our honeymoon when we stayed at Dynah's place for six nights. Everything needed was sufficiently provided. Jacuzzi was great and the king size bed was so comfortable. Most importantly, the whole place was very clean and smelled nice. Our rented car can be parked just in front of the house and the house was gated. It was private and strategically located just 15 minutes away from the city. Dynah was a great host and made sure everything was fine during our stay there. Highly and strongly recommended!!!

  • I thoroughly recommend this place to anyone visiting Perth. Short distance from the airport and close enough to the city to have a nice scenic walk in. Buses are easily accessible as well and a taxi is cheap enough too. Shops are also close. The place was lovely. Dynah was a legend. She made sure the place was ready for when we turned up (rather jetlagged!) and was always on hand if we had any queries. Nice touches included local maps, takeaway recommendations and best of all one of the comfiest beds ever! Would stay here again if back in Perth. Thanks Dynah!

  • I was looking for a place for my parents to stay, and I had never expected Dynah's place to be so modern and spotless - it was like a 7-star boutique! You have everything that you can ask for(or even more) - a large bathroom/spa, ideal location (10 min to airport, 10 min to CBD), a washing machine, parking s pace, a lawn, bbq, a printer, kitchenette, and the list goes on..Dynah and her husband are one of the finest couple I had ever met - so friendly and helpful. Generous that she is, we were treated to great dinners on several occasions..Thank you so much Dynah for the wonderful hospitality..We will miss you.. The downside though - the place is highly under-priced!! ;)

  • Beautifully decorated, clean and well fitted out apartment with everything you need. Extremely convenient location in the middle of the city. My husband, 10 month old baby and 1 stayed for a long weekend and were very comfortable. Calum is an excellent host, very attentive and responsive. A welcome chocolate treat was a lovely surprise! Sound can travel from adjacent apartments. This may be a an issue for some.

    今度の旅行では満足したところがふたつあります。 その1は、ミッシェルさんの親切なところです。旅行前からもメールのやり取りで分かっていましたが想像以上に親切な方でした。 レンタカーでトラブルがあった時は30kmを自分の車で送ってくれました。バッグの移動が必要になった時も自分の車でやってくれました。 その2は彼女の家の素晴らしさです。設備の良さはもちろん、清潔さは群を抜いていると思います。ウエルカムワインを用意してくれたり、それとなくの心づかいが家に生きていて、本当に快適なパース生活を送ることができました。 ミッシェルさん、本当にありがとう。
