The home has a massive outdoor dining area with fire pit & BBQ. Inside is a split system for heating/cooling and a coonara fireplace for cold, wintry weather. Firewood can usually be purchased from the Bonnie Doon service station. Views from every window, a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake. Come and enjoy!

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Kyabram House is located in the main street of Kyabram and is a fully self-contained 1930’s Californian bungalow and is ideal for families and groups visiting Kyabram and the surrounding Goulburn River Valley areas. Kyabram House is a lovely character home, only 200m from the CBD, which sleeps eight people comfortably, fully renovated and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kyabram. We are family and pet friendly with a safe enclosed rear yard.

Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.

Cesarina Casa is a family built, 1961, double brick Italian heritage home nestled in a quiet street close to the centre of town. With Keyless entry and just a short walk to the beautiful Vic Lake, Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) Busy Bean coffee, takeaways outlets and a playground 200m away. Chill in the outdoor open sunroom or get a fire cracking in the fire pit, either way you will love this place as much we do.

The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

Step through the ornate stained glass door and soak up the period charm of a self-contained oasis built in 1887. The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).
