A wonderful place to stay with friends and family. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Ramesh took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. Our stay at Palavayal Farm Villa was a truly refreshing and memorable experience. Nestled amidst lush greenery and serene landscapes, the villa offers the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The property itself is beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a cozy and peaceful stay. Every corner of the villa reflects a deep attention to detail and care. A special mention must go to Deepak, the host, who was incredibly welcoming and proactive from the very beginning. His professionalism, warm demeanor, and genuine interest in guest satisfaction set the tone for the entire experience. Equally commendable was Ranjit, the caretaker, who looked after us with sincerity and warmth. Always available with a smile, he ensured that every need was met promptly and courteously. His presence added a personal touch to the stay.

My family and I had the most peaceful and rejuvenating 3-4 days stay at Prasanna Kumari's riverside Homestay - Leela. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking - overlooking a serene river and bordered by mangrove forests. The ambiance of the place is tranquil, making it a perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The property itself is wonderfully maintained, surrounded by vibrant green foliage that adds to its charm and serenity. What made the stay even more special was the host. Aunty was incredibly kind, warm and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home throughout my stay. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature and unmatched hospitality, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough and love to return soon.

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. We had the honor to meet a great couple, who hosted us like family. We enjoyed Shoba's cooking thoroughly and Sahil's great stories and heart to heart conversation kept us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. Extremely warm people and very hospitable hosts. The property was beautiful and we made the most of the river to go canoeing everyday. We strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for some quiet time in nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Avni in Nileshwar, hosted by the welcoming Naren. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, even suggesting local places to visit and ensuring we had a comfortable experience throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious, and lunch and dinner are also available with a 3-hour advance order (at an additional cost), which was very convenient. The villa looks exactly like the pictures—beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well maintained. It’s located just about 100 meters from a quiet beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can even hear the soothing sound of waves from the villa, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. I stayed here with my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and my elderly mother, and we all had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Naren, for making our vacation so enjoyable!

This place is peaceful and beautiful. If you are looking to spend sometime with nature, this is the place. I went there with my husband and my toddler. We spend such good time in the garden. Had a quiet quality time with my family. The house was well organised with all necessities including kitchen accessories. Washrooms were clean, bedrooms had sufficient light and the garden was beautiful. Will visit again :) Thanks a lot to Ayoob and Ahmed for being so approachable and helpful.
