The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.

Welcome to our family farm! This home and land have been in our family for more than 100 years. This property is a working cattle farm including our beloved horses. From family reunions to camp outs, birthday parties and even senior portraits, this property holds a special place in our hearts.
